STILL NEED HELP?
Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & West London — 24/7 emergency response.
When you can check, and when to call an engineer
Some boiler issues are safe for a homeowner to investigate first — checking the pressure gauge, repressurising a combi boiler, confirming the thermostat and timer settings, and making sure the gas and power supplies are on. Our top-up pressure guide walks through the steps that don't require a qualified engineer.
Anything involving gas, flue, combustion or internal components must be carried out by a Gas Safe Registered engineer. If you smell gas, suspect a carbon monoxide leak, or your boiler displays a fault code you can't safely resolve, stop and book a repair rather than attempting the work yourself. We cover Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and West London with 24/7 emergency response — book a boiler repair or call 07464 336 595.
