How much is the emergency call-out fee?
The emergency call-out is £150 and includes attendance plus the first hour of labour on site. This applies to emergency plumbing, boiler repair, and air conditioning call-outs across Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and West London.

Are parts charged separately?

Are there any hidden charges?
No. The call-out fee, hourly rate, and any part prices are quoted and agreed before work begins. Parking, tolls, and congestion charges are not included and are explained upfront. You receive a fixed part price before any component is fitted.
What if the repair takes longer than expected?
After the first hour included in the call-out, labour is £75 per hour or part hour. If a repair takes longer, you're charged for the additional time at the agreed hourly rate. If a part needs ordering, we'll quote the cost and lead time before proceeding.
Do you charge for parking or congestion?
Parking, tolls, and congestion charges are not included in the call-out fee and are explained upfront. These are passed on at cost. We recommend checking whether your property is in a congestion or ULEZ zone when booking.
